Jonathan Ward is an American actor born on February 24, 1970 in Elkridge, Maryland, USA. He has starred mostly in television programs and telefilms, but has also appeared in a small number of movies. His acting debut was on Broadway as Michael in Peter Pan.

He was twelve years old for his first on screen acting role, the Telefilm Maid in America in 1982. His television acting includes Charles in Charge (the CBS network version), Heart of the City, and the lead character in The New Adventures of Beans Baxter; he has also guest starred in shows such as the Beauty and the Beast series, In the Heat of the Night, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, and Grace Under Fire, as well as the pilot for the short-lived Who's the Boss spin-off Living Dolls.
Ward has also written two documentaries and produced a documentary series titled "Great Books".
Movies he has appeared in include White Water Summer (alongside Kevin Bacon), Mac and Me, Steel Magnolias, the voice of Zak in FernGully: The Last Rainforest, and a small part in Geronimo: An American Legend. His last on screen role was in 1998 for a short movie called Pendant ce temps.
Since 1995, Jonathan and his wife Jamie have been the co-owners of a repair-restoration shop in Van Nuys, California called TLC: Toyota LandCruisers that specializes in first-, second-, and third-generation Toyota Land Cruisers. The couple has two sons, Nash and Quin. His sister Elizabeth Langston (nee Ward) has two children, Charlotte and Storm, who also act.
