Jorge Oteiza Enbil (October 21, 1908 – April 9, 2003), was a Spanish sculptor, painter, designer and writer, renowned for being one of the main theorists on Spanish modern art.

Oteiza was born at Orio (Guipúzcoa), in Spain, in the current territory of the Spanish region Basque Country. In 1962 he published Quosque tandem!, an essay about the aesthetics inherent to basque soul, based on Basque prehistoric art and Basque people's anthropological roots.

He died at San Sebastián, Guipúzcoa, in Spain.
