These are the results of the Men's 90 kg (also known as middleweight) competition in judo at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. A total number of 32 men competed in this event, limited to jūdōka whose body weight was less than 90 kilograms. The competition took place in the Ano Liosia Olympic Hall on August 18.
