A physical therapist (Latifah) falls for the basketball player (Common) she is helping recover from a career-threatening injury.[2]
On August 16, 2009 while the film crew was setting up for a scene in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, New York, shots were fired by two gunmen, injuring a man (unrelated to the film) in his leg and torso.[1]
One of the scenes was filmed at IZOD Center, home of the New Jersey Nets. Fans were asked to come to IZOD Center for filming of that scene.
