Just the Way I Am is a 1972 greatest hits album by singer-songwriter Dolly Parton. It is one of her first compilation albums, including much of her previous work with RCA.

Just the Way I Am was hardly promoted while she was busy recorded her other albums due out that year. As she had only been with RCA for two years, some of the songs are not singles from her albums.
