KBTV-CA, known on-air as KBTV Global Television, is a television station in Sacramento, California, broadcasting locally on VHF channel 8 as a multicultural independent station. It is owned by Tower of Babel Broadcasting. KBTV-CA's transmitter is located in downtown Sacramento. The station broadcasts programs in various ethnic languages as well as English-language infomercials during the late-night hours. When it first started broadcasting, it carried the Home Shopping Network.

Since it is not a full-power station, its analog signal has stayed on the air after the June 12th analog cutoff date. The analog signal is not in stereo, and there is currently no digital TV signal.

KBTV-CA is not related to the Fox affiliate in Port Arthur, Texas, KBTV-TV.
