KHLM is a low-powered television station affiliated with the Mexico-based Multimedios Television, owned and operated by Lotus Communications Corporation. It broadcasts on channel 43 and licensed to Houston, Texas. It, in similar fashion to sister station KPHE-LP in Phoenix, Arizona, was intended to be a Bohemia Visual Music affiliate, but it was listed as "Coming Soon". It has a low powered digital station, K10PY-D channel 10 in Freeport, which has 6 sub-channels. It also has another digital station, on channel 43, with 4 different subchannels.
Until recently a simulcast of KHLM-LD 43 and theCoolTV were both carried on K10PY-D, on 10.1 and 10.3 respectively, but at some point in 2009, both feeds were dropped from it.
As of the last week of November (2009), K10PY-D is broadcasting a simulcast of KUVM-CA (Azteca America Houston) on 10.1 and nothing on 10.3.
The station's digital channel is multiplexed:
