KMUS is a Radio Disney affiliate serving the Tulsa, Oklahoma market. KMUS broadcasts on 1380 kHz and is under ownership of ABC's Radio Disney Group. Although this station can be heard through much of the Tulsa area during the Daytime hours, its nighttime signal is licensed to operated at just 250 watts, offering much weaker reception in more distant areas.

History

This station began its broadcasting activities in Muskogee, Oklahoma as KLUE on July 25, 1987 with an unknown format. Three years later, the callsign was changed to KMUS and was running an adult standards format before Reunion Broadcasting, LLC sold it to The Walt Disney Company in 2004. Its transmitter was relocated to Sperry, Oklahoma, and changed to its current format.
