KYOU-TV is a television station in Ottumwa, Iowa, broadcasting locally on channel 15 as an affiliate of Fox. The station is owned by Ottumwa Media Holdings].

KYOU's transmitter is about 25 miles (40 km) northeast of Ottumwa, near Richland, and covers all of southeast Iowa, plus parts of northeast Missouri and extreme western Illinois. The station has two repeaters. K34CW covers Kirksville, Missouri, and K25DE provides coverage to low-lying areas of Ottumwa.
