Kasumi Ishikawa (born February 23, 1993 in Yamaguchi, Yamaguchi) is a female Japanese table tennis player.
She has been winning the All Japan Table Tennis Championships - female junior division for three years in a row since 2007.
She competed at the 2009 World Table Tennis Championships, reaching the quarter final of the singles competition.
She is currently attending Shitennoji High School in Osaka, and a member of Miki House JSC.
