Kate McKinnon ^[1] (b. 1984) is an actress and comedian.

Career

McKinnon graduated from Columbia University in 2006 with a B.A. in Theater. She joined the original cast of the LOGO Network's Big Gay Sketch Show in 2006. She is best known for playing Fitzwilliam, a British transgender boy, and has done impressions of Sally Field, Rachael Ray, Heidi Klum, Paula Deen, and others.^[2]

McKinnon writes and performs solo shows and stand-up comedy in the New York area.

In 2009 McKinnon won a NewNowNext Award (presented by Logo) for Best Rising Comic, presented by insult comic, Lisa Lampanelli.
