Kathiripillai Thurairatnam (August 10, 1930 – September 23, 1995) was a Sri Lankan Tamil politician and Member of Parliament.

Thurairatnam represented the Point Pedro constituency in the Sri Lankan Parliament between March 1960 and August 1983, firstly for the Federal Party and then Tamil United Liberation Front (TULF).

He and all other TULF MPs walked out of Parliament in August 1983 after refusing to swear an oath unconditionally renouncing support for a separate state in accordance with the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution of Sri Lanka.
