Kathryn Mickle Werdegar (born April 5, 1936) is an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of California. She was appointed to the Supreme Court by Governor Pete Wilson in 1994. She was retained by the electorate in November 2002, with 74.1% percent of the vote.[1] She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall School of Law).
