Kaya Matsutani (松谷 彼哉, Matsutani Kaya ^?, March 20, 1970 -) is a Japanese voice actress from Sapporo. She is often cast as female characters that are noted with extremely well-developed body (most notably breasts). She is most known for her roles in Bleach (Rangiku Matsumoto), Sakura Wars V (Diana Caprice) and Ar Tonelico II (Infel).
