Kaya Peker (born August 2, 1980 in Ankara) is a Turkish professional basketball player. He played for Pınar Karşıyaka, Efes Pilsen, Spanish side TAU Ceramica and Beşiktaş Cola Turka. He returned to his former team Efes Pilsen for 2008-09 season. He is a regular Turkish national team player. A solid center, Peker is 208 cm tall and weighs 110 kg. He is one of the top players in his position in Turkey and Europe.

He is married with former Croatian national volleyball player Vesna Jelić.
