Kenneth Barlow (born September 20, 1964 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is an American former professional basketball player.

Barlow graduated from University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana.

Ken Barlow was selected by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 1st round (23rd overall) of the 1986 NBA Draft.

He played in Europe from 1986 for Olimpia Milano Maccabi Tel Aviv, PAOK, Pfizer Reggio Calabria, Benetton Treviso, Pistoia Olimpia Basket, Mabo Livorno.

His son, Kelsey (born February 14, 1991), is a freshman swingman for the Purdue men's basketball team.
