Ken Ryker, born August 17, 1972 in Jeonju, Korea, is the stage name of an American pornographic actor who appeared in gay, straight and bisexual pornographic movies. He was raised in Texas, but now resides in California.

Life and career

After high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps, but was discharged due to a car accident.^{[citation needed]} At this point, in his early 20s, he moved to the San Fernando Valley with his then-girlfriend.^{[citation needed]} He got an agent and began to model for pornographic magazines and perform at strip clubs.^{[citation needed]}

In 1995, Ryker won "Best Newcomer" at the Adult Video News Awards.^{[citation needed]} His 1996 film, The Other Side Of Aspen IV, is one of the most-rented gay videos of all time.^{[citation needed]} Ryker has also been very successful with bisexual movies.^{[citation needed]} Three years after his "Best Newcomer" award, in 1998, Ryker and Steve Harper won the award for "Best Duo Sex Scene" at the Adult Erotic Gay Video Awards, for their performances in Ryker's Revenge (Men of Odyssey).^{[citation needed]}

Ryker has said that he was called "The Firehose" in the boy’s locker room throughout high school, due to the size of his penis.^{[citation needed]} A dildo, measuring 11.5 inches (29 cm) in length and 2.5 inches (7.5 cm) in diameter, was modelled on his penis in the mid-1990s, and is widely available for sale on the internet.^{[citation needed]} According to his publicists, his real penis measures 11 inches long.^{[citation needed]}

In 2000, he settled in Los Angeles, California, and began working for Frixion Lube, a sexual products company, distributing its products.^[2] In early 2009, he stopped working at Frixion Lube and began working in real estate.^{[citation needed]} He has not made a pornographic film for some years.^{[citation needed]} He is openly bisexual and has had both gay and straight relationships.^[3]
