The Kenan-Flagler Business School is the undergraduate and graduate business school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The school offers a BSBA, M.B.A, Executive M.B.A., Master of Accounting, Ph.D, as well as many executive education programs.

Established in 1919 as the Department of Commerce of UNC's College of Arts, the School was renamed the Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1991 to honor two prominent American business families and benefactors of the School: philanthropist Mary Lily Kenan Flagler and her husband, Henry Morrison Flagler. The renaming was in recognition of a gift from Frank Hawkins Kenan, another Kenan family member and benefactor of the school's Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise.
In 1997, the McColl Building opened at Kenan-Flagler to complete today's campus. With 191,000 square feet (17,700 m2), Hugh McColl's namesake has more than tripled the space that the school occupied at Carroll Hall.
Kenan-Flagler's MBA program is consistently ranked among the top 20 nationwide by leading business publications. Its MBA program is ranked 6th by the Wall Street Journal, 15th by Forbes[1], 17th by BusinessWeek[2], 19th by U.S. News & World Report[3] and 20th in the US by the Financial Times[4]. Kenan-Flagler's MBA program is also ranked 10th best in Marketing by the Financial Times[5] and 10th best in Entrepreneurship by U.S. News & World Report[6].
Kenan-Flagler's Executive MBA program is ranked 10th in the US by BusinessWeek[7]. The school's Undergraduate business program is ranked 12th in the US by BusinessWeek[8] and 6th by U.S. News & World Report[9].
U.S. News & World Report also ranks Kenan-Flagler in the following Undergraduate business specialties[10].
The undergraduate(BSBA) Program is ranked No. 6 among U.S. public and private universities offering undergraduate business degree programs by U.S. News & World Report (August 2008).
