Knight and Day,[1] (formerly titled Wichita) is an upcoming action comedy film starring Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz and Maggie Grace. The film is directed by James Mangold. It will mark the first time Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz have starred together on-screen since the 2001 film Vanilla Sky. [2] The trailer premiered on December 18, 2009. The release date was pushed forward one week to June 25, 2010 to avoid competition with The Last Airbender. [3]

Milner (Cruise) is a secret agent who goes on a blind date with unlucky-in-love June Havens (Diaz), and ends up pulling her into a journey to protect a powerful battery that holds the key to an infinite power source.
Principal photography began in mid-September 2009 in Boston and Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Airport terminal scenes were filmed at Worcester Regional Airport, while filming also took place in Melrose, Massachusetts.[4] The cities of Cadiz and Seville, Spain were also chosen as a location[5], as was Salzburg in Austria.[6] There were also scenes filmed in the towns of Danvers and New Bedford, Massachusetts.
