Konstantinovsk (Russian: Константи́новск) is a town in Rostov Oblast, Russia, on the Don River. It is located at 47°34′58″N 41°5′32″E / 47.58278°N 41.09222°E / 47.58278; 41.09222. Population: 18,801 (2002 Census). Seversky Donets River flows just near the town.
