He was influenced early in his career by Tetsuya Komuro, and began to learn to play the synthesizer. Following the popularity of J-pop remixes, he became interested in club music.[1]
He was a winner in the beatmania IIDX 3rd style contest, which asked for requests for new songs for the corresponding game, along with Ryutaro Nakahara. His song Clione was added to beatmania IIDX 4th style, under the alias kors k. He did not return to the series until beatmania IIDX 9th style, where he provided a remix for the song traces by TaQ. He has worked with the beatmania series since then.
Beginning with beatmania IIDX 11 RED, Saito started to use the teranoid name. He stated that he did not wish to be restricted to a certain style of music by his identity, so he used other names for different styles of music.[2][3] Gradually, he revealed that he also used the names StripE and Eagle in recording songs.[4]
Besides working in the Bemani series, Saito also DJ's at certain events and often collaborates with other artists, as well as signing with S2TB, a recording company that released his first album. He also has produced remixes of songs from anime and other games.
