La Horde is a French horror-action-thriller film directed by Yannick Dahan and Benjamin Rocher[1], it stars Jean-Pierre Martins, Eriq Ebouaney and Doudou Masta.[2]

The plot revolves around a group of policemen who stormed after the death of a colleague in the harsh north of Paris to a social housing complex, which has entrenched a criminal gang.[3] But suddenly, the Flics see themselves confronted with quite different opponents: with zombies![4]
La horde was shot in Paris[5] and the distributor released on 04th July 2009 the first teaser trailer.[6] The film was exclusive narrated by french filmmaker Xavier Gens, who worked besides as executive producer.[7] La horde won two Garner awards for the Best Screenplay and Best Special Effects or Cinematography at Fantasporto Film Festival.[8]
The film premiered on 28 August 2009 in London as part of the Film4 FRIGHTFEST 2009.[9] It had a Cinema release with 200 screens in France on 10 February 2010.[10] In December 2009 acquired IFC Films the rights for the US release[11] It was part of the Sitges Film Festival 2009.[12]
