A labyrinthine fistula (or perilymph fistula) is leakage of inner ear fluid into the air filled middle ear.

It is a cause of balance disorders and can be a complication of a stapedectomy.

Tympanotomy is required for diagnosis.[1]

It can be caused by cholesteatoma.[2]
