Last Train to Paris is the upcoming third studio album by American rapper Diddy and is scheduled to be released on June 22, 2010 on Bad Boy Records and Interscope Records.[4] In April 2009, with Dawn Richard of Danity Kane and singer Kalenna, Diddy formed the group Dirty Money, which will perform on this album.
Diddy describes Last Train to Paris as an "electro-hip-hop-soul funk" album.[5] Diddy says the sound of this album was influenced "by being in the dance music world and doing stuff with Felix da Housecat, Erick Morillo, Deep Dish, DJ Hell and being in Ibiza and DC10."[6] The arc will follow Diddy's character as he tours from London to Paris and finds the woman of his dreams - only to lose her, find her, lose her again and find her a final time.[7] Under the group name Dirty Money, Diddy will work with Dawn Richard of Danity Kane and another singer/writer named Kalenna Harper .[8][9] Diddy also released an application for the iPhone that integrates his social networking site and Twitter feed.[10] A short film will also accompany the album.[7] As of September 2nd 2009, "Love Come Down", which samples "Izzo (H.O.V.A.)" by Jay-Z, and "Angels", the lead single, which features Notorious B.I.G. and a sample from "Where I'm From", also by Jay-Z, are two confirmed tracks on the album. Others are below. [11]
