Leaves of Grass is an upcoming comedy thriller film written and directed by Tim Blake Nelson and starring Edward Norton, Richard Dreyfuss, Susan Sarandon, Melanie Lynskey and Keri Russell. The film is scheduled to be released in 2010. It was featured in the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival.[1]

Plot

An Ivy League philosophy professor (Norton) is lured back into his home town by his twin brother (also Norton) for a doomed scheme against a local drug lord (Dreyfuss) that unravels his life.[2][3]

Release

The film premiered at the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival. Film critic Roger Ebert has since stated that he considered it his favorite of the festival.[4]
