Lee Bo-young (born 12 January 1979) is a South Korean actress and model.

Career

Lee began her career as a model, winning the 2000 Miss Daejeon/South Chungcheong Province beauty contest,[1][2] and modelling for Asiana Airlines.[3] She later made her debut as an actress, and has appeared in several television drama series.

In 2008, Lee starred alongside Park Yong-woo in Once Upon a Time, her first major film role, and received a nomination for Best New Actress at the 44th Baeksang Awards.[4] She will next appear with Hyun Bin in the film I am Happy, which was due to start filming in March 2008.[5]

Lee received an André Kim Best Star Award in 2007.[6]

Personal life

Since 2007, Lee has been dating Ji Sung. The couple first met in 2004 while filming SBS drama series Save the Last Dance for Me.[7]
