Leelai is a forthcoming 2010 Indian Tamil romance film directed by Andrew Louis and produced by Aascar Films' Venu Ravichandran. It stars newcomers Shiv Pandit and Manshi Parekh in lead roles along with Santhanam and Suhasini Raju in pivotal roles.[1][2] The film, which is under production since mid-2008, is still in its production stage and expected to release in 2010.

The movie is about love between two software enginners in a company. Movie was shot in HCL Chennai.
The same title Leelai was being used by Kona Venkat in his film, later renamed as Naan Aval Adhu.
The music is composed by debutant Satish Chakravarthy. The soundtrack released on August 24, 2009.
