The Libertarian Party of Kansas is the Kansas affiliate of the Libertarian Party. The position of State Chair was held by Steven Rosile until 2006, then Rob Hodgkinson until March 2009. Currently the State Chair position is held by Andrew Grey.
On July 7th, 2006 the LPKS attempted to hold a political fundraiser at a naturist resort known as Lake Edun. This political fundraiser was shut down by Shawnee County officials, and the LPKS was forced to relocate their fundraiser nearly 20 miles away, to the Lessman Farm & Truckhenge.
