Goof: When Jason is playing Hero Rising, Charlie says good night to Emma. Jason calls him over to show him Souljacker has appeared, but Jason is not wearing the game's headphones. The screen changes to a shot of the game, then goes back to Jason, who is wearing the headphones.

Stan is replaced by Hunter, a hip teenage android who helps Aaron Stone battle General Cross, but Aaron completly forgets about S.T.A.N in place of the new Hunter. During a fight, Hunter takes a blast from a laser pistol on the mission and ends up short circuiting, causing him to think that his new mission is to destroy Aaron Stone. Meanwhile Aaron finds that S.T.A.N is following him, when Aaron finds him S.T.A.N. warns him that Hunter was made too quickly and worries that something might go wrong. Unbeknowst, to Stone, a Code Ten (dismantlement and melt down) has been ordered for Stan. Aaron finds that he was right when Hunter tries to kill him, Mr Hall tells Aaron that the only way to stop Hunter is to plug him into a computer so he can activate his shutdown program, or hit him with an electric blast from one of Emma's devices. Aaron receives a call from Hunter (who disguises his voice with Mrs. Landers' voice)and realises that Hunter is after him. Charlie/Aaron realises it is Hunter and tricks Hunter to pick him up from a playground, where Aaron tries to fry Hunter's circuits, but Hunter manages to disarm Aaron of his gauntlet and uniform device, only to be saved by S.T.A.N., who defeats Hunter with his "Electronic Melee Function" which, shoots a ball of energy at Hunter frying his systems. Mr. Hall calls off Code Ten and allows S.T.A.N. to stay with Aaron.

Charlie realises that Emma has never been to a school dance before and decides to take Emma to their school formal and invite Vas and Ram as their guests. Charlie picks them up in the SSJ, but on the way, Hall sends Aaron Stone on a mission to pick up a set of blueprints before Kronis gets to them. When, Kronis captures and holds Vas and Ram hostage, he will only release them in exchange for the blueprints. Aaron Stone must enlist Hall's daughter, Tatianna, to find Kronis, save Vas and Ram and make it to the dance before it's over.

Charlie takes his brother Jason to the 'Hero Rising' tournament for his birthday with Vas, Ram, Emma and Stan in tow. At the tournament, the Omega Defiance locates Aaron Stone and sets out to destroy him. They kidnap Emma as collateral and Aaron Stone must choose between saving her and saving his own life. When he opts to save Emma, Jason sees Charlie as Aaron Stone for the first time battling it out against the Omega Defiance, but thinks it's a show Charlie's put on for his birthday.

Meanwhile, Jason is determined to get Charlie a dream job working at the video game and comic store.

Meanwhile, a criminal gets hold of the gauntlet and uses it to rob a bank, Jason is at the bank so Aaron goes there and saves him and gets his gauntlet back.
