This is a list of provinces of the Republic of Philippines, including Metro Manila in order of their Human Development Index (HDI). The HDI values was given by the Human Development Network(HDN) of the Philippines.[1] The data will follow are updated as of 2008/2009. All provinces have medium HDI value. Metro Manila is approaching a high HDI value while Tawi-Tawi has just graduated from low HDI value.
