Chris Jericho and The Big Show as Unified WWE Tag Team Champions

The World Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling World Tag Team championship in World Wrestling Entertainment. It is the original world tag team title of WWE.[1] Currently, it is unified with the WWE Tag Team Championship, which WWE recognizes as the "Unified WWE Tag Team Championship". The title is defended on all three brands due to being unified but is currently held by two members of the Raw brand. It is represented by both sets of the original World Tag Team and WWE Tag Team belts.

World Tag Team Championship reigns are determined by professional wrestling matches, in which competitors are involved in scripted rivalries. These narratives create feuds between the various competitors, which cast them as villains and heroes. Some reigns were held by champions using a ring name, while others used their real name. There have been a total of 164 recognized individual champions and 113 recognized teams, who have had a combined 175 official reigns. The following is a chronological list of teams that have been World Tag Team Champions by ring name.[1]
