Chris Jericho is currently in his third reign as World Heavyweight Champion.

World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is a professional wrestling promotion based in Stamford, Connecticut. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted plots and storylines. WWE assigns its employees onto two programs or divisions known as WWE brands. The two brands and programs are Raw and SmackDown. Currently there are six active singles championships and two tag team championships. Seven wrestlers currently hold the championships. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of March 15, 2010.

At the top of WWE's championship hierarchy, the World Heavyweight Champion is Chris Jericho while Batista is the current holder of the WWE Championship. Jericho is in his third reign, having defeated the champion The Undertaker at the Elimination Chamber event in an Elimination Chamber match. Batista, who is in his second reign as WWE Champion, won the championship at the Elimination Chamber event, defeating the former champion John Cena, who had won the title from Sheamus minutes earlier.

Other champions in WWE include WWE Intercontinental Champion Drew McIntyre, who is in his first reign after winning the title from John Morrison at TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs on December 13, 2009. The Miz is the reigning WWE United States Champion, and is in his first reign after defeating Kofi Kingston on the October 5, 2009 episode of Raw. Michelle McCool is presently in her second reign as WWE Women's Champion as a result of defeating Mickie James on the February 26, 2010 episode of SmackDown. The WWE Divas Championship is currently held by Marsye, in her second reign, after defeating Gail Kim for the vacant title in the final round of an eight-diva tournament on the February 22, 2010 episode of Raw. Finally, The Big Show and The Miz are the current holders of both the WWE Tag Team Championship and the World Tag Team Championship (the titles now referred to as the "Unified WWE Tag Team Championship"), they are in their first reign after defeating the champions both the team of D-Generation X (Triple H and Shawn Michaels) and the team of the Straight Edge Society (CM Punk and Luke Gallows) in a Triple Threat Elimination tag team match on the February 8, 2010 edition of Raw.
