Toonami Jetstream

Astro Boy 2004-03-08March 8, 2004 Traded back and forth between Toonami and Kids' WB!, the 2003 version of the series was the last series to premiere in the daytime version of Toonami. After a few weeks, it left the lineup. The remaining episodes were released in a complete series box set.
Bakugan Battle Brawlers 2008-03-22March 22, 2008 Aired for only one week.
The Big O 2001-04-02April 2, 2001 The original season aired on Toonami. The second season, co-produced by Cartoon Network, was an Adult Swim exclusive.
Blue Dragon 2008-03-29March 29, 2008 Toonami aired encore presentations of episodes that premiered on the respective Saturday. Moved to Toonami Jetstream as an exclusive. Commercials advertised it as TV-PG, but the final airing was TV-Y7-FV.

Dragon Ball GT 2003-11-07November 7, 2003 First 15 episodes were originally skipped. Instead, the series started with a recap episode called "A Grand Problem", which used scenes from the skipped episodes to summarize the story. The skipped episodes were later aired after the remaining episodes of the series had been broadcast.
Dragon Ball Z 1998-08-21August 21, 1998 Aired reruns on Toonami Jetstream.
Duel Masters 2004-02-27February 27, 2004 Toonami announced that they would not air the last three episodes.
Eyeshield 21 2007-12-17December 17, 2007 Only five episodes aired on Toonami Jetstream.
G-Force: Guardians of Space 2000-01-02January 2, 2000 Cartoon Network's first-ever anime series from back in 1995, it made a brief (and last) re-appearance from January-March 2000 on the weekend edition of Toonami Midnight Run replacing Robotech and later Voltron. Only a handful of episodes were aired as the show was brought in as mostly programming filler until the weekend TMR block was canceled in March 2000.

IGPX (regular-series) 2005-11-05November 5, 2005 Season 1 and half of Season 2 aired on Toonami. Was set to air reruns (and the second half of season two) on Toonami Jetstream, but this never occurred.
MÄR 2006-07-14July 14, 2006 A Toonami Jetstream exclusive, it briefly aired on Toonami. Reruns started airing on Toonami Jetstream.

Mobile Suit Gundam 2001-07-23July 23, 2001 Run abbreviated due to events of 9/11. Also aired on Adult Swim. Never completed it's run on either block.
Naruto 2005-09-10September 10, 2005 Aired on Toonami. Reruns aired on Toonami Jetstream and currently airs on Cartoon Network Video. The sequel series, Naruto Shippuden, began broadcasting on Disney XD on October 28, 2009.
One Piece 2005-04-23April 23, 2005 Briefly aired on 4Kids TV, the remainder of the 4Kids run and the current FUNimation run was Toonami exclusive. Aired reruns on Toonami Jetstream.
Outlaw Star 2001-01-15January 15, 2001 Twenty-five of the 26 episodes aired on Toonami. Episode 23, "Hot Springs of Planet Tenrei," was the only skipped episode of the series. Aired temporarily on Adult Swim's Saturday night block.
Patlabor 2002-02-18February 18, 2002 A second-cycle Toonami Reactor-exclusive.
Pokémon 0000-00-00 Aired briefly on Toonami Jetstream as a special to promote Pokémon Snap for the Wii Virtual Console. These episodes originally aired in syndication and on Kids' WB!, and were rerun during the regular Cartoon Network schedule. The different seasons of Pokémon are for the most part treated as different shows altogether, even though the storyline is intact.

Robotech 1998-01-12January 12, 1998 Only the Macross and Masters episodes aired on Toonami. The final episode of the Southern Cross episodes aired during Giant Robot Week.
Rurouni Kenshin 2003-03-17March 17, 2003 The first 48 episodes aired on Toonami, and episodes 49-62 aired on SVES.
Sailor Moon 1998-06-01June 1, 1998 The original DiC-produced episodes, including the previously Canadian-exclusive "Lost Episodes" aired throughout 1998 and 1999. The Cloverway-produced Sailor Moon S and Supers aired in 2000 with two skipped episodes (which aired in later reruns). The "Sailor Stars" arc of the series never aired in the U.S.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX 2006-10-28October 28, 2006 Originally aired on the now-defunct Miguzi block. Midway during its second season, it moved to Toonami for new episodes, then the new episodes returned to Miguzi, however reruns continued to air on Toonami for awhile. The first part of the third season aired on Toonami, then the show left Toonami and moved to Saturday mornings. Then the show exclusively aired on 4Kids TV. It then moved to The CW4Kids block, where it airs on Saturday mornings.
YuYu Hakusho 2003-02-23February 23, 2003 Originally on Adult Swim, only the first 88 episodes aired on Toonami. The rest aired on on a Saturday-morning line-up.
Zatch Bell! 2005-03-05March 5, 2005 Aired the first 77 episodes on Toonami. Now a Toonami Jetstream exclusive.

In late February 2003, Toonami dedicated an entire week to mecha shows that were licensed by ADV Films, some of which were picked up by Adult Swim.

Neon Genesis Evangelion February 24–25, 2003 Heavily edited version of episodes 1 and 2 aired on Toonami with parental advisory during this week only. Neon Genesis Evangelion was aired as a whole on Adult Swim.
