This includes spires and architectural details but does not include antenna masts. Only completed buildings and under construction buildings that have been topped out are included. It should be noted that the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt is currently 138.8 metres tall and was estimated to have been 146.6 metres tall when constructed.
