Louis Fan Siu-Wong (Chinese: 樊少皇, born June 19, 1973) is a Chinese actor and martial artist.

Fan Siu-Wong was born in Hong Kong in 1973, the son of 1970s kung fu film actor Fan Mei-Sheng. At the age of 14, Fan traveled to Xuzhou on the request of his father to take up martial arts because he was virtually a toothpick. There, Fan studied gymnastics, kung fu, and taekwondo.
Fan is best known for his role as Riki (Sometimes spelled "Ricky") in Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky, at the age of 18. The movie was notorious for its amount of violence, and became famous on the internet. Fan also has a part as a tough fighter in Ip Man (2008).
