"Lover Come Back To Me" is a 1985 single by Dead or Alive and was produced by Stock Aitken Waterman. The single mix features very slightly different instrumentation to the version featured on Youthquake, but is otherwise identical. The 7" single charted at #11 in the UK, #21 in Germany, #13 in Australia and also charted on the US Billboard Hot 100. Like "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)" the song was re-recorded in 2003 for the band's retrospective compilation Evolution: The Hits.

The song failed to match the success of its predecessor, "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)". It only made the Top 15 in the UK, and didn't even crack the Top 50 of Billboard Hot 100. Nevertheless, it was international hit as well.
