Lubazodone (YM-992, YM-35,995) is a psychoactive drug and research chemical which was being developed as an antidepressant. It acts as a serotonin reuptake inhibitor and 5-HT2A receptor antagonist. Lubazodone made it to phase II clinical trials but was discontinued in 2001.
