Ludwig Teller (June 22, 1911 – October 4, 1965) was a Jewish Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from New York.

Teller was born in Manhattan. He graduated from New York University in 1936. He served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy during World War II. He served on the faculty of New York University Law School from 1947 until 1950. He was a member of the New York State Assembly from 1950 until 1956. He was elected to Congress in 1956 and served from January 3, 1957 until January 3, 1961. His interment was located at Union Field Cemetery in Ridgewood, New York.
