Lycia Naff (born 29 August 1962)[1] is an
American dancer,
actress, journalist and motorcycle enthusiast. She is best known as
an actress for a recurring role as Ensign Sonya Gomez on Star
Trek: The Next Generation and for her brief appearance as an
alien who opens her blouse to reveal three breasts in the hit
science fiction film, Total Recall.
Biography
Acting
Her acting career began as a dancer in the 1982 television
series Fame. Her later roles
included a 2007 guest starring role in Without A Trace, Ensign Sonya
Gomez on two episodes of Star Trek: The Next
Generation, Dixie, a prostitute in the hit 1987 film Lethal Weapon,
TC in Troma's Chopper Chicks in
Zombietown and "Mary", a triple-breasted mutant prostitute in
the 1990 motion picture Total
Recall. She also appeared in recurring episodes of St. Elsewhere, Hunter, General
Hospital and Young &
Restless[2][3].
Journalism
In recent years she has worked as a journalist, writing for
several newspapers and magazines, including People Magazine[4], OK!
Magazine, as well as holding a lengthy staff position at
the Miami Herald[5].
Currently, she's focusing her attention on news producing for such
venues as E! Network and Extra
