The M-69 incendiary cluster bomb was use to target Japanese civilian residences during World War II.

The bomb used the innovative new incendiary compound Napalm, and proved itself the winner against other bomb designs of an extensive set of tests in 1943 against replicas of Japanese homes recreated inside a chemical warfare facility in Utah, called Japanese village.
