This is a list of Members of the European Parliament for Poland from 1 May 2004 to 19 July 2004, ordered by name. They was elected by the Sejm and the Senate (the both houses of the Polish parliament) as observers to European Parliament after signed of Treaty of Accession 2003 in April 2003. Observers, between 1 May and 19 July, was a Members of the European Parliament V Term.[1]
