Martin Rossiter (born 15 May 1970) is a Welsh singer. Famous for being the lead-singer of British indie band Gene from 1994 until their break-up in 2004.

He is bisexual[1] and told Sorted magazine:[2] "I've never hidden the fact that I've slept on both sides of the bed and people find that very odd that I was quite happy to say 'yeah, I'm bisexual and it doesn't really matter."

In 2002 he appeared in the Channel 4 reality show Other People's Houses, which featured the redecoration of his family home in Brighton[3].

Rossiter now works with Dv8 Training in Brighton, helping socially excluded young people to learn about the music and creative industries, [4]. He lives in Brighton and has two children.
