Route 151 is a west–east highway on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.
Route 151 begins at Route 28A in North Falmouth. The highway crosses under the freeway portion of Route 28 approximately 0.5-mile (0.80 km) thereafter. The highway then proceeds eastward past the village of Hatchville and the Barnstable County Fairgrounds, running south. The highway ends at a rotary in Mashpee intersecting with Route 28 and Great Neck Road.
The highway acts as a bypass of Route 28 through Falmouth Village for those wishing to travel from North Falmouth to Hyannis and, in combination with Route 28, as an alternate route of U.S. Route 6 for those going from the Bourne Bridge to Hyannis.
