Mayuko Fukuda (福田 麻由子, Fukuda Mayuko ^?), born on August 4, 1994 in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese child actress who made her debut in 1998. She is contracted to talent agency FLaMme.^[1]

Her father, Kenji Fukuda, is a drummer in the band Kasutera.^[2]
