Medifoxamine (Cledial) is an antidepressant drug which acts as a dopamine reuptake inhibitor[1] and acts as an agonist at the 5HT2A and 5HT2C receptors.[2] It was used mainly in France,[3] but was withdrawn following problems with hepatotoxicity.[4]
