Mesquite Bosque is a vegetative association within the southwest USA under the Kuchler scheme of plant association categories. In some cases this plant association is along xeric portions of desert floodplains^[1] The Mesquite Bosque plant association is one of the Kuchler scheme designation areas where the endangered California Fan Palm, Washingtonia filifera may occur.^[2]
