Methiocarb is a chemical mainly used as a bird repellent and as a insecticide.[1] It is toxic to humans, a carcinogen,[2] is toxic to reproductive organs, and a potent neurotoxin.[2] Methiocarb can also cause acute toxicity in humans if anyone is exposed to it for long periods of time.[2] Methiocarb is also a known poison to water organisms.[2]
