Michael Treanor (born April 17, 1979) is a black belt and that starred in 3 Ninjas and 3 Ninjas Knuckle Up. He is the third son of Richard and Peggy Treanor.

Treanor was discovered by casting agents for 3 Ninjas in his martial arts class. After encouragement from friends and family, he auditioned for and successfully landed the role of eldest brother Rocky.

Treanor is a black belt and continues to practice as an adult.

Treanor announced that he will bring the character of Rocky back to life in his own spin-off movie. It will be directed by Jon Turteltaub, who previously worked with Treanor on the original 3 Ninjas film. Turtletab recently announced that the movie could be rated "R" because: "there will be a lot of violent fights, and somewhat brutal. I have never done this before, so it could be quite fun for me as a director." The plot of the movie is yet to be revealed.
