Michael Wilfred Miley (March 30, 1953 in Yazoo City, Mississippi – January 6, 1977) was a professional baseball player who played two seasons for the California Angels of Major League Baseball. He died in a one-car accident in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.[1]
Miley may have been better known for his football playing days at Louisiana State University. His last minute heroics as the Tigers Quarterback during the 1973 season earned him the nickname, 'Miracle Mike'.
