Misato Katsuragi's Reporting Plan (葛城ミサト報道計画, Katsuragi Misato Hōdō Keikaku) is a Bandai Namco online game for the PlayStation 3. It is based on the anime character Misato Katsuragi from the popular Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise^[1]. This news subscription game can be played on the PlayStation Portable through Remote Play^[2] and is exclusively for the Japanese market, with no known plans for an overseas release.

Even though the full game's download (1312 MB) and basic features are free, its online live "News" service requires a 800¥ monthly fee which is activated by purchasing a 30-day license add-on item in the Japanese PlayStation Store^[3].

Interface

Central Menu

Interactivity includes real-time motion sensitive 360° zoom-in/zoom-out and character customize (hair style). Advanced customization (character's costume selection, scenery selection, etc.) and PSN Trophies are both unlocked with a service subscription.

The game uses high quality real-time Cel-shaded animation to produce anime like visuals^[4].

As in the animated series, Misato Katsuragi's voice cast is performed by Kotono Mitsuishi. Background musics are European classical violin pieces.
